At Temple Online, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find all the essential information about our shipping and delivery process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In cases of high order volume or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you promptly via email if any delays occur.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping on all domestic orders within the continental U.S. Estimated delivery times after processing are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s performance.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on most orders. For expedited shipping or orders to non-continental U.S. locations, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Delivery Issues
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@templeonline.store with your name and order number. We’ll investigate and assist you right away.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
- Some oversized or heavy items may require additional handling time and charges—this will be indicated on the product page.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
