At Tatum Smith, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Assembled or used furniture
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products or services
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide photos of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@tatumsmith.site with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Pack the item securely and return it to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We offer product exchanges for the same item in case of damage or defects. If you’d like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item hasn’t been shipped. Once shipped, the order must be processed as a return.
